These in-person gatherings will focus on the triangle of awareness, including relationships to thoughts, emotions, sensations, non-judgmental awareness and the attitudes of mindfulness.

Orienting to the Heart

(in-person meditation)

Sundays at 10-11am

These in-person gatherings are meant to move our focus from mind-based thinking to heart-based intelligence.

We will focus on conscious breathing and your relationship to your higher self and whatever else emerges in the moment.

Please note if you are drawn to do both of these meditations, you may take a break, mindfully walk the neighborhood in Wyndmoor, and return before the second meditation.


It can be an opportunity for a half day retreat for yourself.
